Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

Tutors must complete KYC (NID + Student ID) before applying. Providing false documents results in a permanent ban. Guardians are responsible for the accuracy of the tuition details they post.

2. Match Fee

Tutors agree to pay 50% of the first month’s salary as match fee after being hired, via bKash or Nagad, within 7 days. Unpaid match fees may suspend new applications.

3. Verified Badge

Badge subscriptions are non-refundable and activate after admin verifies the payment. The badge is removed automatically after expiry.

4. Demo class & hiring

The admin team arranges the demo class. Either party may decline after the demo. TutionZone is a matching platform and is not a party to the tuition agreement between guardian and tutor.

5. Conduct

Any attempt to bypass the platform to exchange contact information, or abusive behaviour toward guardians, tutors or staff, may result in account suspension.
